ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT FOR SUMMER OF 2005



By signing this Enrollment Agreement (this "Agreement"), the undersigned agree
to the following terms and conditions:

1. Fees. For the enrollment of _______________________________ Age ____ (the
"Student") for the period below stipulated in the 2005 summer school program
(the "Program") being conducted by the Oak Grove School* (the "School"),
the student agrees to pay a fee. The fee must be paid in cash in Russia currently
when the Student arrives at the School. For non-Russian students, this program
is only available to those ages 9 through ages 18. The signed Enrollement Agreement
(the "Agreement") should be faxed to 011 7 084 39 58855  and a copy mailed to W. B. Grant,
Agent, Oak Grove School, 7330 Westmoreland Dr., Sarasota, FL 34243.

* The Oak Grove School is a 16 year old private school in Obninsk, a small city
located only 55 miles or a little over an hour  by electric express train from Moscow.

** To minimize the cost of the student's airline ticket, it is recommended that
the student arrive and depart on a Monday.

*** High School Students (Pre college) = ˆ175/week, college attending students =
ˆ250/week, adults = ˆ300/week

**** Based on multiples of 4 for theater trips and a minimum of 10 for St.
Petersburg trips.

The Student desires the ( ) beginning ( ) intermediate level of the Russian
language course running two academic hours each week day and the Russian
literature/history course running one academic hour each week day.

2. Included Services The Program listed in Paragraph 1 includes the following
costs (collectively the "Covered Costs"): (a) Instruction for the course
selected; (b) course materials selected by the instructor; (c) shuttle service
from and to Moscow Airport and the school (ˆ100 surcharge for less than two week
stays); (d) food and lodging, (e) certain local trips.

3. Health of Students The Signers represent and warrant to the School that the
Student: (a) is allergic to the following substances: ( ) None or

(b) The Student has ( ) no special health conditions or ( ) the health
conditions listed on the attached list.

4. Post Program stays in Russia The signers understand and accept that, if the
students elects to remain in Russia after his or her program has ended as per
the ending date shown for the period selected, (a) the School will not be
financially responsible for the student after his or her program has ended, (b)
it will be the Student's responsibility to obtain his or her own room and board
after the program ends, (c) Russian law may restrict the Student's movements
within the country, (d) the Student will be responsible for getting to the
Moscow Airport for the return flight.

5. Payment and Refund Policy Full refunds may be obtained prior to March 15,
2005. Because of the firm financial commitments that the School must give, the
Signer will not be entitled to a refund subsequent to April 15, 2005 and the
Student has been accepted, unless the School is able to fill the Student's place
with another student. If prior to the departure for Russia, in the sole judgment
of the Administrator of the School, actions beyond the School's control, such as
governmental or political or economic events in Russia, make the program
politically or economically non viable, the Signer will be eligible for a refund
of the moneys paid less the amount disbursed per student to that point without
taking into account the School's overhead and neither party will be liable to
the other for additional compensation.

6. Cancellation YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION
WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU SEND A SIGNED CONTRACT AND PAYMENT TO THE OAK
GROVE SCHOOL.

Paragraphs 7 through 18 on the back of this document are an integral part of
this agreement.

7. Rules and Regulations The Student will abide by the rules and regulations
adopted by the School and recognizes that the School reserves the right to
dismiss or suspend the Student at any time if, in the judgement of the
Administrator of the School or her designated assignees, such action is in the
best interest of the School and other Students, and that such action will not
release the Signers from the obligations of this Agreement and that there will
be no refund of any of the moneys paid if the Student withdraws or is dismissed
from the Program for any reason. The Signers agree that the Student may take
part in all School sports and activities and may take all School sponsored trips
unless a Signer gives written notice when this Enrollment Agreement is submitted
to the School that the Student's travel or activities are to be restricted
during the Program.

9. Student Charges and Responsibilities In addition to the Total Amount shown on
the first page of this Agreement, the Signers will be responsible for, during,
and after the Program for all costs and expenses that do not constitute Covered
Costs including without limitation, the Student's personal charges such as
passport and visa costs, purchases in the School's canteen or stores, laundry
and dry cleaning charges and telephone calls made by the Student. The Signers
also agree to reimburse the School, on demand, for any charges incurred by the
School directly for or on behalf of the Student such as the additional cost of
an emergency early air ticket home or damages incurred by the student prior to
leaving Russia. The Signers shall insure that the Student has a valid passport
and visa for travel to, in, and from Russia, sufficient funds to cover the
Student's costs and expenses while in Russia not covered in the Covered Costs,
and all items described on any list of necessary travel and foreign stay items
prepared by the School. If a bill due the School is not paid when due, the
Signers agree that the School may assess a penalty fee of 1.5% per month on any
outstanding balance until paid in full and the Signers further agree that the
School can seek a judgement for such amounts due the School in an appropriate
U.S. court.

10. Media Waiver The Signers agree to the use by the School of videos,
photographs, voice recordings, and written extractions, in whole or in part, of
the Student for the purpose of promotion or publication.

11. Relationship, Release The relationship between the Signers and the School is
that of customers dealing with an independent contractor. To induce the School
to allow the Student to participate in the Program, the Signers, for themselves
and on behalf of their respective heirs, assigns, agents, and personal
representatives, release, discharge, and hold the School and its agents,
officers, directors, shareholders, employees, sub contracotrs, and their sub
contractors and employees and agents harmless from suits, actions, damages,
causes of action, libilities, obligations, and all other claims whatsoever,
resulting from the Student's dealth, or any personal injury or property damages
that the Studeent might sustain before, during or after the Program, unless
caused by the School's gross negligence.

12. Assignment, Binding Effect No party to this Agreement, whether by operation
of law or otherwise, may assign its rights or Student delegate its duties,
obligations, and responsibilities under this Agreement without the prior written
consent of the other parties, and any assignment or delegation without the prior
written consent of the other parties will be invalid and ineffective against the
other parties

13. Waiver, Discharge, Amendments, Modifications, Consquesntial Damages,
Severability A waiver, amendment, discharge, extension, termination,
cancellation, or modification of this Agreement or any provision of it will be
valid and effective only if it is in writing and signed by each party to this
Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the waiver, a written waiver of
any provision of this Agreement will not operate as a waiver of any other
provision, a waiver of the provision itself, or a waiver of a succeeding
application of the same propvision. A delay, omission, or course of dealing by a
party in exercising any power, right, or remedy will not operate as a waiver of
it except to the extent expressly manifested in writing by or on behalf of that
party and except if this Agreement expressly requires the power, right, or
remedy to be exercised within a specified period of time. A single or partial
exercise by a party of any power, right, or remedy does not preclude any further
exercise of it or the exercise of any other power, right or remedy. No party
will be liable to another party for special, collateral or consequential
damages. The parties have executed this Agreement with the understanding that
every provision of it is valid and enforceable. Accordingly, this Agreement and
each provision of it should be construed and interpreted so it is valid and
enforceable under applicable law on the date it is executed. If a court having
jurisdiction holds that a provision or the application of a provision of this
Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, however, that provision will be
considered separate from the remaining provisions of this Agreement and will not
affect the validity or interpretation of other provisions of this Agreement or
the application of that provision to a person or circumstances to which it is
valid and enforceable.

14. Choice of Law, Forum, Selection The validity, construction, enforcement, and
interpretation of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Russian
Federation except for the exception to that in Article 9 "Student Charges and
Responsibilities" for which matters all signers agree to the jurisdiction of the
appropriate courts for Sarasota County, Florida. For all other matters, the
Signers, individually, and the School consent to the personal jurisdiction of
the courts of the Russian Federation having jurisdiction over Obninsk, Russia
and further agree that the proper, exclusive, and convenient venues for all
legal proceedings arising out of this Agreement are Obninsk, Russia except for
the previous exception cited earlier in this sentence.

15. Litigation Expenses In any litigation or arbitration arising out of this
Agreement, each party shall be responsible for all its own costs and
expenses.which it might sustain before, during, and after the Program, unless
caused by the School's gross negligence or misconduct during the course of the
Program, including without limitations the fees, costs and expenses of
witnesses, collection agents and supersedeas bonds, and all attorneys' fees,
costs, and expenses whether incurred before or on demand or commencement of
legal proceedings and whether incurred pursuant to trial, appellate,
arbitration, mediation, bankruptcy, administration or judgement/execution
proceedings.

16. Cancellation, Class Specialization If the School has not accepted what it
considers an academically viable number of western students, the School may
cancel the program up to one month before the scheduled starting date and its
liability to the signers will be limited to the prompt return of the Total
Amount received from the Signers including the payment received with the
Application. All students electing the Russian language program will be offered
Russian language courses. However, the level in which the Student is placed,
either initially or subsequently, and the size of the individual language
classes will be at the digression of the School's academic head. All students
will be eligible to attend the Russian literature lectures, consisting of one
academic hour each day five days a week,

17. Execution and Effectiveness The parties may execute this Agreement in
counterparts. Each executed counterpart will constitute an original document and
all executed counterparts together, will constitute the same Agreement. The
Agreement will become effective as of the stated date when each party has
executed and delivered to the other a counterpart of it.

18. Exclusive Understanding This Agreement records the final complete and
exclusive understanding among the parties regarding the subjects it addresses
and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement, representation, or
understanding, oral or written, by any party regarding such matters.
